My engagement ring journey with Kate & Kole was fantastic. Even though I live outside Australia, they made designing, buying and delivering the ring a breeze. Their constant communication throughout the process was impressive and reassuring. I always knew what was happening. The best part? My fiance loves the ring and gets compliments on it regularly. Kate & Kole truly exceeded my expectations. If you want an engagement ring that's both hassle-free and stunning, they're the way to go.

Kate and Kole designed engagement and wedding rings for both my wife and I. From our very first meeting to discuss our engagement rings to our very last meeting to pick up our wedding rings, we were met with nothing but warmth, kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Every email was quickly responded to and while our rings were being designed we were kept in the loop every step of the way. We have also order a few pieces outside of their wedding range and the service has been just the same. Above all of this, our rings are absolutely beautiful and we both receive comments on how stunning they are all the time. I can’t recommend Kate & Kole enough. I’d seen them on Instagram and was the first place I’d seen a Toi et Moi engagement ring with an oval and Marquise and from the moment I saw it I fell in love. Hence why I then sent it to my partner! My partner then made the wise choice of proceeding with a “stand-in ring”, in which he was able to design. This then allowed him to propose with his touch still in the ring but also the ability for me to redesign the real thing myself! I CAN’T EXPLAIN HOW WISE THIS IS EVERYONE! Let the woman design her own ring herself as she’s the one needing to wear it for the next 60-70 years! I don’t know of any other place that let you design a “stand-in ring” (which is recyclable), so you can still add your own touches but with the relief that it’s not permanent! They were happy to honor the live time market prices for the lab grown diamonds instead of keeping to the quote in previous months which meant we saved so much money! The design process, the options available, the unique details I was able to choose, means I’ve got a truly unique ring that I’ve never seen anybody wear before! It feels SO special! The team at Kate and Kole made my dream pair of earrings for my wedding! I purchased the pear jacket and round stud earrings. Their jewellery is so elegant, stunning and the high quality craftsmanship is obvious the second you open your box. The packaging was gorgeous and their customer service is excellent. I got my earrings delivered to my house as I live in Sydney and everything was insured so it was stress free! I will definitely purchase from Kate and Kole again for any fine jewellery in the future.

Absolutely adore both my rings! Kate and kole have been a pleasure to purchase from. We had to send the engagement ring to have it resized and they went above and beyond to have it back so soon! We sent it from Melbourne too and they were so helpful with recommending couriers. Can’t wait to get married so I can wear both rings for the most adorable combo!

Cannot recommend Kate & Kole highly enough!!! My partner and I purchased an engagement ring together. The whole process was such a joy and a pleasure. The customer service was absolutely incredible, so professional, very attentive and very kind. We were kept very informed throughout the process. The website is very informative and very easy to navigate! There are some great articles on there too. AND THE RING!!! it’s just magical, when I opened it it brought tears to my eyes, it was better than anything I could have imagined.
